Shaker Harvest Festival in Enfield: Saturday, Sept. 21, 11 a.m. 4 p.m., Enfield Shaker Museum, 447 Route 4A. Includes horse-drawn wagon rides, cider making, butter churning, ice cream cranking, candle dipping, traditional crafts, farm animals, live music, food and tours. $3 to $15; children 5 and under free. Fallfest 2024 in Hanover: Friday, Sept. 27, 4 to 6 p.m. Storrs Pond Recreation Area, 59 Oak Hill Drive. Family friendly event includes touch-a-truck, cider pressing, pizza, a juggling show and farm animals. Free. Hosted by Hanover Parks and Recreation Department. Autumn Moon Festival in Windsor: Friday, Oct. 4, 5 to 9 p.m., Downtown Windsor, from State Street Common down Main Street to Old South Church. Includes magic show, street performers, live music, pro wrestling expo, pumpkin carving contest, activities for kids, ax throwing, mechanical bull, face painting and more than 40 vendors. Fall Festival and Chicken Barbecue in Plymouth, Vt.: Saturday, Oct. 5, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site, 3780 Route 100A. Take a wagon ride, taste heritage apples, watch cider pressing and listen to the music of the StringfieldSpringers. Free.
